No. We can take over at any point in your financial year. We handle the professional clearance letter to your current accountant and collect the records and authorisations we need, so there is very little for you to do.
We quote a fixed monthly or annual fee once we know what you need, and it does not change unless the work does. You will not get a bill for asking a question, and there are no hourly charges for phone calls or emails.
We work with all the main cloud packages, including Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent, and we are happy to keep you on whichever you already use. If you are not on software yet, we will set you up and get you Making Tax Digital ready.
Self Assessment is due by 31 January, company accounts nine months after your year end, Corporation Tax twelve months after it, and VAT usually one month and seven days after each quarter. We track all of them and give you notice well in advance.
It depends on your profit level, how much you need to draw, and whether you want the liability protection a company gives. We will run the numbers both ways for your situation and show you the difference before you decide.
Yes. We run payroll end to end, including RTI submissions, payslips and statutory pay, and we assess your team for auto-enrolment each pay period and manage contributions to the scheme.
We deal with HMRC directly on your behalf, prepare the responses and supporting records, and keep you informed at each stage. Because we prepare the filings in the first place, the evidence is already in order.
